SUBSTANCE: communication system and method are proposed, which prevent incoming call processing from falling into a loop state when a communication mode at the calling side is defined. To achieve the result, when a request reception unit receives a request signal indicating the request of the calling side, a flag evaluator determines whether the identification flag has been added. If not, the response unit sends a reply in form of a routing number RN of the CCCF/NeDS assigned by the assignment unit. If so, the response unit receives guest information on the mobile device from the request unit serving as a guest switch, and manages guest information received by the response unit as a reply.

EFFECT: ensuring efficiency of a communication system, particularly when a user moves beyond the communication range of a base station.
