FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for ablation of intraocular tumors, located on choroid. On patient's cornea soft contact lens filed with antibiotic is put, coaxially with their pupil, thin flat ring is put on and fastened with it. To said ring at angle 80-90° thin washer with rupture is put on sclera in such way, that tumor is located inside washer, and is fastened to sclera and to ring, forming rigid framework. Through rupture in washer superior rectus muscle is passed, boundary of tumor are marked by laser coagulation by its perimetre to vitreous body. After performing conjunctivotomia surface area of sclera is exfoliated to episclera with superior rectus muscle and after ablation of tumor superior rectus muscle is placed on its former place, laying separated part of sclera, which is sewn and ring with lens and washer is taken off.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce operation trauma by reducing probability of vitreous body prolapse, improve access to tumor of lengthy size during operation, increase of treatment efficiency, by preliminary fixation of tumor boundaries, prevent development of metastases.
