METHOD TO EXTRACT MOULDED ARTICLE FROM MOULD, DEVICE TO THIS END AND MOULDED ARTICLE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B29C45/40 

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to injection moulding and device for its implementation. Technical result is accomplished in device designed to extract moulded plastic article from mould. Note here that proposed device comprises neck circular elevating appliance. The latter comprises first section arranged to come in contact with side section of moulded plastic article and second section designed to come in contact with moulded article end along the line, in fact, perpendicular to direction of elevation. Note also that second section does not contact inner peripheral section of moulded article end and forms gas-escape channel between said second section and mould in closed position of the latter.

EFFECT: provision of earlier extraction of workpiece from mould, thus, reduced moulding period.
