FIELD: chemical industry; the methods and the devices for cooling of the molded plastic details.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the method and the device for cooling of the after-molding plastic details. The method and the device are intended for cooling of the sets of the molded plastic details after termination of their molding process. The device for the after-molding cooling contains: the extracting structure for holding of the set of the molded plastic details so, that their closed ends have been arranged in the direction to the interior part of the extracting structure and their open ends were arranged in the direction aside from it; the relocation mechanism for the relative relocation between the extracting structure and the first station of conditioning and the second station of conditioning. The first station of conditioning includes the first cooling structure for feeding of the cooling liquid medium inside the being cooled set of the plastic details through their open ends and for feeding the pressure during the process run onto the cooling liquid medium inside the plastic details for expansion of the plastic details. The second station of conditioning includes the second structure used for feeding of the cooling liquid medium inside the being cooled set of the plastic details and for feeding of the pressure during the process run in the cooling liquid medium inside the plastic details for expansion the plastic detail opposite to the closing field. The method of the after-molding cooling of the set of the plastic details includes the following stages: extraction of the set of the plastic details from the molding unit with the help of the extracting structure; realization of the relative relocation between then extracting structure and at least one the first station of conditioning and the second station of conditioning using the relocation mechanism. On one of the stations of conditioning they compact the being under pressure liquid medium inside each of the set of the plastic details. On other station of conditioning introduce the cooling liquid medium inside the set of the plastic details. The technical result of the invention, which is reached at usage of the method and the device consists, that at that the invention ensures the effective cooling of the molded plastic details.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the effective cooling of the molded plastic details.
