SUBSTANCE: invention relates to appliances that aim at increasing adhesion of wheels with road coating, particularly that use sheet-like materials. Proposed appliance comprises plate with ledges made on inner and outer surfaces to interact with road coating and wheel tread. Note here that said ledges represent double-sided "Ф"-like studs with taper at the center. Said studs are mounted at appropriate holes and semi-spherical recesses between rigidly interconnected plates that can incline in operation.

EFFECT: reliable device and high efficiency of adhesion.
