FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and can be used in automatic dispatching control systems. Proposed system comprises central control station, geographically close and remote controlled stations incorporating electronic hardware unit connected with telecontrol and telesignaling hardware unit and main communication line connected to central station. Every locomotive comprises onboard computer unit connected to display unit, onboard radio modem unit connected to onboard antenna unit. Central control station and all distributed controlled entities accommodate units of digital radio communication stationary radio modems connected with stationary antennas of digital radio communication channel. Stationary computer unit is connected via stationary signal transducer system with first port of stationary duplex transceiver unit of satellite communication system and, further, via geostationary artificial Earth satellite-relay with transceiver antenna unit and onboard antenna units of satellite communication system of locomotives. Onboard computer of every computer comprises permanent non-volatile memory to store data on the development of railway line situations at all sections of dispatcher circle along with appropriate versions of all routes of locomotives.
EFFECT: higher reliability of telesignaling hardware due to lower frequency of its testing.
