SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recreation and sporting activities and can be used for downhill skiing, planning on waves and as transport facility for rescue operations. Device for planning on waves comprises casing with drive seat arranged on at least two pairs of running elements. Casing additionally incorporates at least one rigid carriage with several passenger seats. Running elements are coupled with mechanism of their turning relative to the housing lengthwise axis. Proposed device comprises also the mechanism of differently directed displacement and running element locking in vertical and horizontal planes that represents several rigid modules accommodating running elements with common drive of turning. Every running element of both housing and carriage comprises additionally the assembly to down them inside planning surface.

EFFECT: improved control and stability in planning, higher safety for passengers.
