FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method is realised through two-step solvent refining of a distillate vacuum cut or asphalt-free oil using a selective solvent. At the first extraction step, the selective solvent reacts with the raffinate solution from the second step to obtain a raffinate solution of the first step, from a portion of which a basic raffinate is obtained after solvent recovery, and an extraction solution of the first step, from a portion of which an environmentally safe filler or rubber plasticiser is obtained after solvent recovery. At the second extraction step, the material reacts with the second portion of the extraction solution from the first step and with the second portion of the raffinate solution from the first step and a portion of the extract from the first step which would have come into contact outside the extractor, to a raffinate solution of the second step and extraction solution of the second step, after solvent recovery from which an extract from the second step is obtained.
