FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil processing, and more specifically to production of carcinogenic safe aromatic fillers and plasticizers of rubber and rubber. Method of producing carcinogenic safe aromatic fillers and plasticisers of rubber and rubber consists in the fact that raw oil is obtained by vacuum distillation and produces initial oil stock which is subjected to extraction in two steps in the presence of a selective solvent. Further, the oil stock at a ratio to the solvent in range of 1.0:0.5–1.0:2.0 is supplied to the first extraction stage, where the first extraction and first raffinate solutions are obtained. Then solvent is distilled from solutions. Obtained first raffinate is supplied to the second extraction stage, where the second raffinate and second extract solutions are obtained in the presence of a selective solvent at a ratio to the solvent in range of 1.0:1.0–1.0:2.0. Second raffinate and a second extract are obtained, wherein the second extract is the target product. Invention enables to obtain an end product meeting the criteria of carcinogenicity of IP 346 not exceeding 3 % directly from the extract of the second step, excluding the stage of mixing the extracts of the first and second steps. Method provides flexibility of technological process due to elimination of rigid binding between stages of extraction.

EFFECT: obtained carcinogenic safe ecologically clean oils can be used as fillers and plasticizers of rubber and rubber.
