FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of oncogenic safe aromatic fillers and plasticizers of caoutchouc and rubber. Process for production of oncogenic safe aromatic fillers and plasticizers of caoutchouc and rubber consists in the fact that crude oil is obtained from initial oil by vacuum distillation, which is subjected to two-step extraction in presence of selective solvent. Raw material is fed to the first extraction stage, at multiplicity to the solvent in the range of 1:0.5 to 1:1 by weight, on which the first extract and first raffinate solutions are obtained, then, at the second stage, the first raffinate solution is extracted in presence of additional amount of selective solvent at multiplicity to the first stage solvent in the range of 1:1 to 3:1 by weight with the formation of the second raffinate and the second extract solution, after which the solvent is removed from the first and second extract solutions, obtaining the first and second extracts, and determining the value of carcinogenic activity index of both extracts, and then the second extract is mixed with part of the first in proportion to carcinogenic activity indicators, bringing the latter to 2.9–3 % in resulting mixture.

EFFECT: oncogenic safe, environmentally friendly oils that meet norm of oncogenic safety at value of IP 346, while using extract with a high content of oncogenic substances without additional treatment.
