SUBSTANCE: cryptogamic preparation includes the following components, wt %: biomass of strain Bacillus subtilis No. 282 State Institute of Standartisation and Control (GISK) named after L.A. Tarasevich (1-5)×108-1010 CFU per 1ml of solvent or lysates of biomass of strain Bacillus subtilis No. 282 GISK named after L.A. Tarasevich O in (1-5)×108-1010 CFU in solvent - 92-95 and filler - 5-8. Objective of research included production of probiotic with more explicit amylolytic enzyme and antagonistic activity in respect to pathogenic microorganisms.
EFFECT: expanded spectrum of antagonistic activity in respect to pathogenic microorganisms and resistance to certain antibiotics, increased bactericide activity in respect to various pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms.
