FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: general-purpose indentation device includes a lifting bar, guides, replaceable pile cap and toothed inertial self-balanced vibrator including a housing, bearing supports, unbalanced tooth gears and shafts which are pairwise-equivalent and rigidly connected to each other and combined into separate groups connected to a drive. Toothed inertial self-balanced vibrator is polyharmonic, pairwise-equivalent unbalanced tooth gears and shafts are connected in series in replicable order to each other in two equivalent vertical rows. Unbalanced shafts of end (upper) pair are kinematically connected to rotary actuator made in the form of a unit of two equivalent motors; static moments of unbalances of each additional pair have been chosen from the condition of necessary asymmetry of total directed inertia force from the range of 3÷7; at that, proper weight of general-purpose indentation device has been chosen considering the value of the above asymmetry of total inertia force and the value of the smallest critical resistance of the immersible element to breakdown. In rotary actuator there can be used asynchronous motors or servo motors.
EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities and increasing efficiency of vibroimmersible devices.
