FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: seismic isolating foundation consists of support plate for the protected object, which is located on seismic supports, each of which is made in the form of a closed tight hydrovolume filled with liquid, e.g. water, with pre-created constant pressure, and which are supported on smooth covering of flat horizontal surface of the top of foundation plate erected on the ground. Closed hydrovolume of each seismic support is separated from hydrovolumes of the rest seismic supports and it is restricted from above with lower surface of support plate directly or with additional solid support element of seismic support. From below it is restricted with the covering of the top of foundation plate, and on sides - with closed perimetre of the outline of walls of constant height. With its top rigidly attached to the bottom of support plate or the above support element and having at the bottom a solid annular horizontal sliding sealing of vertical gap between walls and covering of foundation plate, made by using antifriction material, installed inside the outline of walls and pressed to horizontal plane of the foundation covering, besides constant inner hydraulic pressure force, with action of springs of additional pressure, which provide tightness of hydraulic volume cavity owing to sufficient excess of the sum of contact pressure of sealing above inner hydraulic pressure fixing the support plate of the object and all outlines of walls above foundation plate in the position arranged at some height from it by the value of working gap; for that purpose, the element (closed along the outline) of horizontal sliding sealing includes on the outside an outline of vertical wall of partial height and a solid horizontal cantilever protrusion installed on it and protruding to the outside at its top along the whole perimetre and having a horizontal gap between itself and external walls, which is maximum lowered relative to walls with the action of force protruding the element of horizontal sliding sealing downwards, borne from above against the stop protruding it downwards, made in the form of a solid horizontal cantilever protrusion protruding inward along the whole perimetre of the bottom of the wall and having a horizontal gap from vertical surface of the wall section of the sliding sealing element under its restricting protrusion below which above the restricting protrusion of the bottom of the hydrovolume wall there located is a solid semi-rigid sealing gland element between surfaces of walls along the whole perimetre, the thickness of which provides tightness and possibility of protruding the bottom of horizontal sliding sealing to the value of maximum possible gap of walls above the foundation plate covering. In order to return the support plate of the object from horizontally deflected position to initial position at seismic load there introduced are horizontal elastic members, each one fixed with one end on foundation plate, and with the other one - on support plate.
EFFECT: decreasing horizontal inertial loads from seismic and technogenic impacts of ground vibrations on seismic isolated object, and improving reliability of the construction.
