FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction in seismic regions. Method of adaptation to change of seismic insulation foundation support horizontal load type includes foundation slab on soil, support slab of building and horizontally pliable supports in between them, which are used to provide for possibility of horizontal oscillations of support slab with the building relative to soil with foundation slab on it, and they are used to return the building to position of balance with gravitation-built or elastic force. Device is added into foundation, which is used to fix initial position of support and foundation slab balance against mutual horizontal shift, and which is used to disengage their fixation depending on change of horizontal load type. Fixation is done with a fixing device in the form of horizontal friction brake with electric drive, which is temporarily connected by closure of normally opened contacts of wind force sensor, which are added serially into electric circuit of electric drive supply, for the time when it exceeds threshold value of wind load onto building, which is permissible in case there is no fixation. It is disconnected by opening of additionally added normally closed contacts of seismic sensor, which are added serially in the same supply circuit and which are opened by action of seismic sensor as threshold value of horizontal soil acceleration is exceeded, and this acceleration in process of oscillation creates a force of building inertia that exceeds mentioned threshold value of wind impact at building. Seismic sensor contacts are again closed by its action after acceleration goes below value required for their connection, besides in order to create time delay of fixation connection required in this case for attenuation of residual oscillations of the building after seismic action, device is included into a serial power supply circuit of electric drive to temporarily supply voltage to electric drive of fixation device after any connection of electric power supply.
EFFECT: reduced seismic impact at object.
