FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: for heat insulation of barrier structures of refrigerating chamber for storage of agricultural and food products, previously liquid polyurethane prepolymer is applied by method of manual painting or mechanical sputtering directly onto barrier surface, and this coating increases adhesion of sputtered foam polyurethane layer to insulated surface as well as steam and gas impermeability of heat insulation. Then foamed polyurethane foam with apparent density of 30÷300 kg/m3 is applied, for instance be method of sputtering onto insulated surface of refrigerating chamber barrier structures. Prepolymer product is used, which is a product of interacted polyols mix with surplus of isocyanates in presence of catalyst and comprising 5÷20% of free isocyanate groups.
EFFECT: refrigerator with increased extent of steam and gas heat insulation.
