SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to multipurpose dressings based on polymer compositions. Individual medical dressing for protection and healing of wounds includes a volumetric layer of moulded viscoelastic polyurethane foam with open pores and an internal skin-contacting layer applied thereon, wherein the inner skin-contacting layer is a layer of a two-component silicone biocompatible gel of different thickness from 50 to 350 mcm, having the possibility of being fixed on the wound due to adhesion, the thickness of dressing is 1-3.5 mm, and its sorption capacity when absorbing a viscous liquid is equal to at least 0.05 cm3/cm2. Also disclosed is a method of producing an individual medical dressing for wound protection and healing.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduced injuries when applying and removing the bandage, wearing comfort and painlessness, maintaining fixation and absorbing capacity, increasing wearing time.
