FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device has an operational amplifier with a negative feedback, whose inverting input is connected to the output of a differential amplifier, while its non-inverting input is connected to the sliding contact of a first potentiometre. A self-contained power supply of the operational amplifier is connected to the connection point of resistors of a signal divider connected to the output and the inverting input of the differential amplifier. The output of the operational amplifier is the input of the device for measuring nonlinear distortions and the output of the differential amplifier is connected to input of the device for measuring nonlinear distortions through a second potentiometre whose sliding contact is connected to a device for measuring effective values.

EFFECT: preventing dependency of the value of phase shift on frequency in an amplifier - phase shifter.
