FIELD: radio electronics.

SUBSTANCE: inverted input of first operational amplifier is connected with the movable contact of first potentiometer that is connected between the output of differential amplifier and general wire, non-inverting inputs of first and second operation amplifiers are connected to the place of connection of resistor and capacitor in Wien bridge series arm. The second potentiometer is connected with the second potentiometer, the moving contact of which is connected with the input of second operational amplifier, with moving contact being also the first input of distortion meter, the third potentiometer is connected to it and to the output of third operational amplifier, with moving contact of the potentiometer being the second output of the distortion meter for receiving the signal generated on the output of distortion meter with inverted phase. Inverted output of third operational amplifier is connected to the common wire. The output of differential amplifier is connected to the input of distortion meter through the fourth potentiometer, and its moving contact is connected with the active values meter. For measurements in horizontally adjacent semi-plane the distortion meter is outfitted with the shifter of element places in Wien bridge series arm.

EFFECT: eliminated dependence on the frequency of phase shift value in phase shifting amplifier.
