SUBSTANCE: metre of non-linear distortions with two outputs, generating signal, in which differential amplifier with Wien bridge is covered with positive and negative feedbacks. Besides, the first and the second operational amplifiers are introduced. The first and the second sequence chains of branch of Wien bridge are connected to them by means of resistors. Self-contained power supplies of the first and the second operational amplifiers are connected to output of differential amplifier. Their non-inverting inputs are connected to movable contacts of the first and the second parts of double potentiometre, which are connected parallel to resistors in the second and the first sequence chains of branch of Wien bridge. Movable contact of non-double potentiometre is the first output and connected to inverting input of the third operational amplifier; the first and the second resistors are connected in addition to its plus and minus power buses; non-inverting input of the third operational amplifier the output of which is connected through load resistor is connected to common wire, and movable contact of which - the second output is connected through the third potentiometre, is connected to them through the third and the fourth resistors, as well as parallel to those resistors through the first and the second capacitors.
EFFECT: eliminating the dependence of phase shift value on frequency in amplifier-phase shifter.
