FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method of navigating a mobile object in accordance with satellite signals is based on determination of at least one associated matrix for locating the object based on a measurement sensitivity matrix associated with the current geometry of satellites, where in order to locate objects, the most recently calculated matrices are repeatedly used to calculate location updates with high speed until the next low-speed calculation ends.
EFFECT: increased frequency with which exact location measurements are updated and simplification of calculations.
