SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in devices of automatic adjustment of amplification, phase detectors and modulators, and also in systems of phase self-tuning and multiplication of frequency or as amplifier, voltage transfer coefficient of which depends on the level of control signal. Analog multiplier (APN) is the basic unit of up-to-date systems for receiving and processing of signals from HF and SHF ranges, analog computer and metering equipment, makes it possible to solve tasks of differential frequency extraction. APN is an integral link of quadrature modulators and demodulators, and also synchronous filters. Highly linear wideband APN may serve as the basic cell of non-linear SF-blocks of systems on crystal. APN comprises multiplying cell (1) on the basis of transistor differential cascades with the first (2) and second (3) potential inputs of channel "X". The first (4) and second (5) antiphased current inputs of channel "Y". The first (6) and second (7) antiphased potential inputs of channel "Y". The first (8) and second (9) current outputs connected to load circuit (10). The circuit includes the first (11) and the second (12) field transistors. Their sources are connected to according first (4) and second (5) antiphased current inputs of channel "Y". Gates are connected to according first (6) and second (7) potential inputs of channel "Y". And drains are connected to power supply voltage bus (13).

EFFECT: improved matching of APN inputs to common bus of power supply sources, expanded range of working frequencies and reduced voltage of power supply.
