SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication. To achieve the result, the device has a first current mirror whose common input is connected to the common input of a second current mirror, a third current mirror whose common input is connected to the common input of a fourth current mirror, first and second current sources controlled in antiphase by an input signal through channel Y. Combined common inputs of the first and second current mirrors are connected to the first potential input of channel X. Combined common inputs of the third and fourth current mirrors are connected to the second potential input of channel X. Inputs of the first and third current mirrors are connected to the first current source controlled by the input signal through channel Y. Inputs of the second and fourth current mirrors are connected to the second current source which is controlled in antiphase by the input signal through channel Y. Outputs of the third and second current mirrors are connected to the first current output of an analogue voltage multiplier and the first load circuit, and outputs of the first and fourth current mirrors are connected to the second current output of the analogue voltage multiplier and the second load circuit.
EFFECT: reduction of the permissible voltage of the analogue voltage multiplier to less than 1,5 V, as well as multiplication of potential input signals frequently generated in different communication devices.
