FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: surface mobile radio station unit has a communication part configured to facilitate connection with a network of mobile surface radio stations. The said part has an application module, a transport module and a transceiver, and the communication part of a cellular data transmission network configured to facilitate connection with the cellular data transmission network and a surface mobile radio station containing an application module, an encapsulation module for the surface mobile radio station and a cellular radio communication modem. The method of transmitting payload of the surface mobile radio station through the surface mobile radio station unit involves configuration of the surface mobile radio station unit for transmitting payload of the surface mobile radio station using a network of surface mobile radio stations or a cellular data transmission network, for which payload of the surface mobile radio station is encapsulated using a packet switching protocol.

EFFECT: possibility of end-to-end encryption between devices of surface mobile radio stations through different systems.
