SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of the country sea areas. Proposed patrol complex consists of a group of submarines each having hull, power plant and standard systems. Said complex comprises submarine refueling ship to refuel submarine in submerged position via telescoping rods. Said submarines can float at depth of, for example 30 meters surface and plane and fly above the water as hovercraft or aircraft. Hull bottom of every submarine represents a triple-hulled vessel with two side sponsons and three telescoping skis. Hull top has variable-sweep wings, retractable tail unit, extensible power plant, for example jet engine, and extensible propeller screw with controlled vector of thrust arranged at hull stern.
