FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: rolling drilling bit with sealed bearing includes housing consisting of three legs on the trunnions of which there fixed in a movable manner are rolling cutters with oil-filled bearings; cavities of bearings are protected with two elastic sealings installed one after the other, in which one sealing rigidly fixed on leg trunnion for sealing the gap between the base of leg trunnion and edge of rolling cutter has U-shape with cylindrical base from the side of trunnion and with wings diverging from it and facing on one side the base of leg trunnion, on the other side - the edge of slot on rolling cutter, and the other sealing seals radial gap between leg trunnion and rolling cutter from the side of bearings of the bearing. In U-shaped sealing the external surfaces of wings are directed to different side at acute angle within α=8÷12°. U-shaped sealing is reinforced from the side of leg trunnion and edge of rolling cutter with wear-resistant coating having flexible cellular structure for keeping lubricating oil. Into divergent cavity inside U-shaped sealing there placed is tightening elastic element of round section.

EFFECT: increasing resistance of sealing of the rolling cutter bearing, resistance of the whole bit owing to increase of resistance of bearing, increasing sinking and run mechanical drilling speed.
