SUBSTANCE: rolling cutter bit with a sealed support comprises a body of three legs, on journals of which roller cutters are mounted loosely with oil-filled supports, cavities of supports are sealed with elastic seals of any available design. The system to compensate for lubricant consumption in supports of the roller cutter is made as a long rectilinear staged reservoir, along the radius back of the leg at the side of the bit nipple, the axis of which is inclined relative to the bit axis by the angle b=2÷6°. The systems of channels connects the reservoir with friction areas in supports. Inside the reservoir there is a tight elastic reservoir with lubricant compressed during drilling with flushing fluid pressure from the annular space, arriving through a hole in the side wall of the reservoir. Both ends of the reservoir are tightly sealed with rigid screwed covers, which, in their turn, are fixed inside the reservoir cavity and make it possible to fix the reservoir before and after the vacuum filling of the lubricant in the cavity of supports. The breather valve in the upper cover is installed after lubricant filling.

EFFECT: increased resistance of the support, higher run mechanical speed of drilling.
