FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: drilling bit with sealed bearing includes housing with a nipple, which is welded of separate sections consisting of a leg and a rolling cutter fixed on it in a movable manner; each leg is equipped with a lubricating oil compensation assembly in bearing, which includes reservoir with a sealing cover, threaded sealing and plug, elastic membrane, system of channels and cavities connecting reservoir with friction zones in bearing, which differs by the fact that inside non-loaded part of big bearing of trunnion of leg there made is additional system of channels by passing the sealing and hole for locking pin with outlet to external surface of leg, with threaded control connection pipe at the outlet, which is replaced after filling of lubricating oil by threaded plug. In additional system of channels with outlet to external surface of leg the number of directions of channels is more than one. Outlets of additional system of channels are located on arc-shaped back edge of leg, which faces the wall of well or on lateral side of leg, as well as in combination - on arc-shaped back edge and lateral side of leg of drilling bit simultaneously.

EFFECT: improving reliability and effectiveness of lubricating oil of sealed bearing without vacuum processing before filling, improving re-filling of bearing with lubricating oil at multiple use of drilling bits after lowering/uplifting operation of drilling tool.
