FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: hydromechanical slot-type rock drilling machine includes housing, piston-pusher, deflecting wedge and retractable cutting tool with mechanism of its retraction, which is made in the form of a common structural device mounted on the axis and consisting of body and cutting element rigidly attached to it and the cutting edge of which is made in the form of arc-shaped convex outline. Common structural device is installed on the axis and provided with possibility of interacting with deflecting wedge. In the housing under piston-pusher there installed is the module made at least of two operating cylinders arranged in-series one after the other, and in the wall of each of which there is a through longitudinal groove. Return spring is installed in the housing below the module. Piston-stop is installed between return spring and lower operating cylinder in the module. Operating cylinders in the module, depending on the required direction of perforation, are arranged so that orientation of through longitudinal grooves at least of two operating cylinders in the module can be made with transverse angular offset relative to each other. The above module is arranged in the housing with possibility of longitudinal movement under influence of piston-pusher in one direction, and under influence of return spring - in return direction. Inside each of the above operating cylinders there installed is retractable cutting tool with mechanism of its retraction in the form of common structural device, which is installed on the axis and provided with possibility of interacting with deflecting wedge. The number of deflecting wedges corresponds to the number of operating cylinders in the module with installation of one deflecting wedge in the area of interaction with common structural device of each operating cylinder. At least one hydraulic channel equipped with a water jet nozzle is provided in piston-pusher.
EFFECT: making multi-slot perforation at improvement of reliability and operating life, and at the same time high repairability.
