FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for puncturing the casing pipe in well includes a body (1) at least two rod-piston (2) with through hydraulic channel installed therein in series, a puncturing mechanism including at least two puncturing tools and wedge-shaped wedge-piston (5) configured for reciprocation motion under the action of the rod-piston and acting on the puncturing tool (10) and a return unit (13) made in the form of a spring. The puncturing mechanism additionally comprises a working cylinder (7) spring-loaded in the lower part by the return unit, and with the upper part interacting with the wedge-piston, inside of which there is a perforation unit consisting of upper (8) and lower (9) supports rigidly fixed in the body, and puncturing instruments located therebetween facing their backsides towards each other and configured for radial movement under action of wedge-shaped portion of the wedge-piston. At least one side surface of said tool is provided with guide projection. The side walls of the working cylinder have through slits and at least one through hole in form of a slit narrowing downward, which edges are in contact with the guide projection of the puncturing tool during the reciprocating motion of the cylinder, thereby providing its inlet/outlet from the perforation unit. Through slits (18) are also made in the body side walls in the zone between the upper and lower supports of the perforation unit attached thereto for removing puncturing tools therethrough.
EFFECT: reliability of the device operation, structural simplification of the puncturing mechanism, acceleration of the puncturing process.
