FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drilling and operation of oil, gas and injection wells, in particular - to a device for station of longitudinal perforation slots in the casing (operation) strings, cement stone and/or rock. The hydromechanical slot-type perforator contains a housing, a pusher piston, a deflecting wedge and a telescopic cutting instrument represented by a cutter disc mounted on an axle with an extension mechanism designed so that to be capable of interaction with the deflecting wedge. In the perforator housing over the pusher piston a module is mounted composed of at least two working cylinders alternatively arranged behind each other; in the wall of each cylinder a longitudinal through notch is arranged. Under the said module a return element Is arranged represented by a return spring. The module is positioned in the housing so that to be capable of longitudinal travel driven by the pusher piston in one direction and by the return element - in the other. Inside each working cylinder a telescopic cutting instrument is installed with a mechanism for its extension through the longitudinal through notch arranged in the working cylinder wall. The cutting instrument extension mechanism is represented by a single-arm lever mounted on an axle with the cutter disc axle installed in the lever arm. The number of deflecting wedges contained inside the housing corresponds to the number of working cylinders in the module with a single deflecting wedge mounted within the zone of interaction with the cutting instrument extension mechanism.
EFFECT: performance of multiple-slot perforation simultaneously in various required radial directions combined with reduction of the force required for the perforator travel as well as provision for the perforator manufacturability during operation and repair and the perforator centering inside the pipe as well as provision for the design simplicity and reliability.
