FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in set of heat-hydro-insulated pipes each heat-hydro-insulated pipe of said set consists of at least one working, preferably metal, for example steel pipe, of one layer of hydro-insulation in form of steel casing or casing out of polymer or polymer containing material and of one layer of heat insulation out of foam polyurethane. Also heat-hydro-insulated items are fabricated in the range of diametres of the working pipe from 25 to 230, preferably from 32 to 219 mm facilitating volume protection with heat insulating material of specific volume of the latter related to a unit of payload volume of running metre of the working pipe in the range from 1 to 20. Volume protection with heat insulation quantitatively grows with decrease of external diametre of the working pipe for the set of heat-hydro-insulated working pipes of diametres from 219/207 to 32/26. The procedure consists of five main stages of pipe fabrication. A finished pipe is quality controlled and marked. At the fifth stage pipes are heat insulated ensuring volume protection with heat insulating material of specific volume of the latter related to a unit of payload volume of running metre of protected pipe in the range of values from 1 to 20. Also volume protection with heat insulation quantitatively grows at decrease of external diametre of protected internal metallic pipe within interval of the said values of the latter for assortment of heat-insulated internal metallic pipes of diametres from 219/207 to 32/26.
EFFECT: increased process simplification and efficiency of production of preliminary heat-hydro-insulated pipe; ensuring decreased heat loss during finished product operation.
