FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for fabricating set of heat-hydro-insulated pipe diminishing pieces consists in connecting diminishing piece with different diametre branches of working pipe for each pipe sub. Hydro-insulation is fabricated separately in form of a pipe-casing -rotating body of a cylinder shape or a pipe-casing of a composed structure. Diminishing pieces of working pipes are centred. There are installed wires of on-line remote control system. The said hydro-insulation is conjugated with working pipe subs. Ends of hydro-insulation are sealed with process plugs. A layer of heat insulation is poured. Further mixture is conditioned; and process plugs are removed. The set of pipe diminishing pieces is made within the range of diametre values of working pipe branches with smaller diametre from 25 to 230, mainly from 32 to 219 mm and selectively correlating to them branches of the working pipe of bigger diametre within the range from 35 to 435, mainly from 45 to 426 mm. Thus there are created from two to ten, preferably, to six combinations of the latter with the same branch of the working pipe of smaller diametre. Also for the diminishing piece with branches of the working pipe of bigger diametre within range from 45 to 60 mm the pipe diminishing piece has hydro-insulation of a circular-cylinder configuration with invariable external diametre along whole length of a heat-insulated part of the diminishing piece. Notably, volume of the least heat insulated section is protected with the heat insulated layer. Specific volume protection of the latter related to a unit of payload volume of conditional running metre of a corresponding branch is not less, than 4.0. Interval change from 12.5-1.0 to 2.5-0.6 of volume protection of the working pipe with heat-insulating material is facilitated for pipe diminishing pieces with hydro-insulation in form of composed shape casing. The first interval is ratio of specific volume of heat insulation to a unit of payload volume of conditional running metre of the smallest diametre of the working pipe branch connected in the diminishing piece, while the second interval is the same for the branch of a bigger diametre. The complete set of items for the heat-hydro-insulated pipeline includes items each consisting of the working pipe, of the layer of heat insulation and of external hydro-insulation. It also includes the set of pipe diminishing pieces Notably, each diminishing piece with hydro-insulation in form of the pipe-casing is conditionally identical to shape of the diminishing piece with diametre exceeding relative diametres of the said working pipe diminishing piece by thickness required and sufficient to the protective layer of heat insulation arranged underneath; also the layer is formed out of two-component foamed solidificated mixture of calculated density in the middle of the layer not less, than 60 kg/m3. The complete set is equipped with wires of the on-line remote control system.
EFFECT: versatility, process simplicity and efficiency of fabrication.
