FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in set of heat-hydro-insulated pipes each pipe of said set consists of at least one working pipe, one layer of hydro-insulation in form of metal, preferably, steel casing or casing out of polymer or polymer-containing material and one layer of heat insulation out of polyurethane. Also heat-hydro-insulated items are fabricated within working pipe diametre ranges from 200 to 1050, preferably from 219 to 1020 mm facilitating volume protection with heat-insulating material. The procedure consists in at least five main stages of pipe fabrication. The finished pipe is subject to quality control and marked. Notably, at the fifth stage pipes are heat insulated with heat insulating material providing volume protection. Specific volume of heat insulating material related to a unit of payload volume of running metre of a protected pipe is within value limits from 0.25 to 1.4, also volume protection with heat insulation increases quantitatively with decrease of external diametre of a protected internal metal pipe within the range of the said values of the latter for assortment of heat-insulated internal metal pipes of diametres from 1020/1000 to 219/207 wherein value of numerator in fraction for diametres corresponds to external diametre of the pipe, while denominator corresponds to internal diametre determining payload volume of the pipe.
EFFECT: increased process simplification and efficiency of production of preliminary heat-hydro-insulated pipe; ensuring decreased heat loss during finished product operation.
