FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves vibration and impact loading apparatus on predetermined standard modes, obtaining power spectral density of vibration acceleration and shock spectra of acceleration in inspection points and their subsequent correction. When testing devices and apparatus transported in containers with a damped platform for installing devices and apparatus, amplitude-frequency characteristics and damping properties of the damped platform are determined with mass-size evaluation models of the transported apparatus installed on the said platform. Acceleration, power spectral density of vibration acceleration, amplitude and shock spectra of accelerations are recorded on the base of the container and on the damped platform. Maximum and minimum acceleration values, power spectral density of vibration acceleration, amplitude and shock spectra of accelerations in frequency and time loading ranges are determined using an envelope method. Further, aspect ratios on vibration effects and shock spectra of accelerations are derived. After that the vibration effect time and number of shocks on the device and apparatus are lowered in proportion to previously derived aspect ratios on vibration effects and on shock spectra of accelerations using formulas. After which new testing modes are formed and the devices and apparatus are tested for transportation.
