FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, dynamic model of load being transported is loaded with vibration and impact stresses. Loading modes are composed on basis of results of measurement, received during transportation of analogical loads. Pseudo-original process is formed for each control point from measurements data. From created pseudo-original process, sets of imaginary selections are formed, which are used to evaluate variability of general set parameter on basis of variability of its estimates and then conclusion is drawn about stationary character of produced process. When drawing conclusion about non-stationary character of process, from created pseudo-original process certain components, having levels above certain value given in advance, are excluded. Then stability research is performed and maximal components are excluded until production of stationary pseudo-original process. Further from starting pseudo-original process, stationary part of pseudo-original process is subtracted, after that for stationary component spectral density of vibro-acceleration power is calculated, and for non-stationary part - impact spectrums of accelerations. Produced values of spectral density of power of vibro-accelerations and impact spectrums of accelerations are used for loading dynamic model of load being transported with vibration and impact stresses, while testing mode is set in accordance with control points, which are used for setting up pseudo-original process.
EFFECT: increased trustworthiness of tests.
