Threatened miscarriage is indicated by vaginal opportunistic flora in amount 3.0 lg CFU/g and IgG concentrated 7 mcg/ml and more in vaginal lavage, fecal opportunistic flora more than 4.0 lg CFU/g and IgA concentrated less than 4 mcg/ml, slgA less than 4 mcg/ml and sc less than 3 mcg/ml at concentration in coprofiltrate.
EFFECT: there is offered diagnostic technique for threatened miscarriage by evaluating microbiocoenosis of genital and digestive mucosa.
