FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in evaluating the state of microbiocenosis in mucous open cavities, recording the degree of breakdown of microbiocenosis of specific mucous biotope irrespective of its localisation as indicator of general reactivity of microorganism in pregnant women. Depending on the obtained result a state of health of pregnant women and physiological or complicated clinical course of pregnancy is determined: physiological pregnancy at identification of I or II degree of microbiocenosis in mucous open cavities, the absence of indication of agents of urogenital infections and absence of clinical manifestations of miscarriage; complicated clinical course of pregnancy associated with identification of I or II degree of microbiocenosis in mucous open cavities, the absence of indication of agents of urogenital infections and the presence of clinical manifestations of noninfectious miscarriage resulting in birth of foetus; the complicated clinical course of pregnancy associated with identification of III or IV microbiocenosis in mucous open cavities, the absence of indication of agents of urogenital infections and absence of clinical manifestations of miscarriage (prodromal period of infectious process and threatening miscarriage); immunological rejection of fetus in case of identification of III or IV microbiocenosis in mucous open cavities, indication of agents of urogenital infections and the presence of clinical manifestations of miscarriage (miscarriage in process).

EFFECT: invention can be used for integrated assessment of women's health in prediction of physiological and complicated course of pregnancy at early stages of gestation.
