SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for a mobile communication system for transmitting data corresponding to the same logical channel through two or more base stations involving: transmission of a first sub-packet generated by a first base station and a second base station using a coded packet; and transmission of a second sub-packet at the end of a defined period of time since transmission of the first sub-packet, where the said second sub-packet is generated by the first or second base station using a coded packet.
EFFECT: data transmission efficiency may be increased if data corresponding to the same logical channel from each base station are multiaddress data and the stations have different channel conditions.
