SUBSTANCE: to make it possible for controller of radio network (RNC) to control information about members of multi-address service group in multi-address transfer zones, when user terminal serviced by multimedia broadband multi-address transmission system (MBMS) is in process of movement, radio network controller (RNC) dispatches information about movement of terminal to backbone network. Because controller notifies backbone network about movement of terminal selectively on basis of information about members of multi-address servicing group in multi-address zone, resources of backbone network may be used efficiently, in particular, it is possible to prevent transmission of excessive information about movement of terminal from radio network controller (RNC) to structural component of network controlling multi-address group.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
