SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for extraction of cinnamon by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol/sunflower and pomegranate peels, cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres them and frying girasol/sunflower, drying of pomegranate peels by convective method, mixing of girasol and pomegranate peels in mass ratio 7:3, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method allows to produce new flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
