FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: in process of preparation for cutting of sheet and roll materials, complete set of drafts on size field of order is checked, in the draft frame, based on visual analysis, drafts of template sets combinations are built for various size parametres by means of placing templates from sets of various size parametres, assuming that rated quantity of template sets numbers making combinations makes an integer number equal to or closer higher to square root of full quantity of template set numbers of all required size parametres. A row of template sets is formed in ascending order with a certain pitch of size parametres of sets, and number from lowest to highest is assigned to each set of templates. Numbers of template sets are identified, which make combinations, from set of digital combinations in base of square matrix, order of which is equal to rated quantity of template sets numbers in combinations. Besides it is assumed that sets of templates of certain size parametres, which are absent in order, have their numbers in numerical sequence of numbers making square matrix, but combinations including these numbers are not taken into account. As optimal, such combinations of template sets numbers are selected, in case of which quantity of template sets of each number is equal to or minimally exceeds quantity specified by order. Basic lay-up is built as lay-up of combination of template sets having medium size parametre, quantity of which in this combination is equal to order of square matrix. Lay-ups of template sets are built as derivative from basic one, by means of arrangement of similar templates in areas of basic lay-up of templates from sets of various size parametres, numbers of which comply with optimal combinations. Choice is provided from all possible combinations of template sets numbers, using sets of templates of one and the same number in various combinations, application of which provides for production of each template set of various size parametres in quantity that is equal to or minimally exceeds quantity specified by order.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of production of lay-ups with high quantity of sets of various size parametres, and also lower consumption of roll or sheet material with varying widths, by production of optimal lay-up of templates in a minimum period of time.
