FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves grading rolled material and forming multiply layer by means of multiple-set spreader with curved patterns; cutting material into parts. Spreader is formed with rectangular sections, which differ one from the other by their length and sizes of curved patterns positioned in sections. Grading process is conducted simultaneously with formation of multiply layer. Material is cut along cutting lines of sections. Sections with similar arrangement of curved patterns are positioned one above the other. EFFECT: increased efficiency by rational usage of continuous portions of material and simplified method. 2 cl
