SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology, more specifically to a hairspray composition containing at least one hair styling polymer containing lateral carboxyl groups, a solvent for said styling polymer and a polymer neutraliser with the concentration of said neutraliser specified so that to neutralise at least 200% of total carboxyl groups.
EFFECT: invention provides improved hair fixation, better curl quality and smaller amount of visible deposits.
