SUBSTANCE: invention relates primarily to ship models, mainly to subwater apparatuses. Fast subwater apparatus comprises hull with streamlined bow, wall and drive with engine. Two spiders with bearings in their center are fitted to said wall across the hull. Eccentric is fitted on central axle between said bearings to revolve about central axle.
EFFECT: higher maneuverability.
