SUBSTANCE: invention relates, mainly, to ship modeling, particularly, of submarine apparatuses. Fast submarine apparatus comprises hollow hull 1 with streamlined bow 2. Hull inner space accommodates holders 6 and 7 of axle 5 secured to hull wall top and bottom sections to support bearings 8 and 9. Said axle is arranged vertically and has free extension 10. Cam 11 is fitted between aforesaid holders on free running axle. Aforesaid free extension is articulated with engine drive.
EFFECT: higher maneuverability, simple design.
