FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and specifically to methods of processing concrete mixture and a device for realising the said method in a sub- or supercritical carbon dioxide medium. The method of continuously processing concrete mixture based on binder and filler involves supply of concrete mixture components, stirring, heating and unloading. Streams of concrete mixture and carbon dioxide are fed separately. The carbon dioxide stream is fed under sub- and supercritical pressure. The carbon dioxide stream is heated to sub- and supercritical temperature. The streams of concrete mixture and supercritical carbon dioxide are combined in a jet mixer. Linear speed of the concrete mixture is dropped sharply in a tubular reactor and is carbonised. Volatile components are removed by throttling the stream of concrete mixture through a reducing device into an evaporation separator at lower pressure. The required sub- and supercritical pressure of carbon dioxide inside the pipe reactor is simultaneously controlled with the degree of opening of the reducing device. The degassed concrete mixture obtained from the evaporation separator is poured into a mould.
EFFECT: invention increases strength, durability, wear resistance and frost resistance of heat insulation and construction articles.
