SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to ion permeable web-reinforced membrane of separator for application in electrochemical devices, and also to method and device for its manufacturing. Method of manufacturing includes the following stages: web (2A) is fed, as well as suitable paste (5), specified web (2A) is directed vertically, both sides of specified web are evenly coated with specified paste to form paste-coated web (2B), and pitch of symmetric pore formation is executed on surface, besides at the stage of pore formation pitch on surface, both sides of paste-coated web are exposed to symmetric treatment with water-vapor phase (7), and pitch of symmetric coagulation relative to specified paste-coated web for formation of separator reinforced with membrane reinforced with web.

EFFECT: provides for continuous process of separator membranes making as reinforced with web, in which the web is accurately introduced into membrane and does not protrude on its surface.
