SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special-purpose materials for sewing clothes and relates to combined multi-layer material. Design of combined multi-layer material includes upper woven layer, diffusion layer, polymer membrane and lower knitted layer. Polymer membrane is formed on upper woven layer by coagulation of composition including solution of PEU in dimethylformamide, non-ionogenic surfactant, microcrystalline cellulose with subsequent coagulation, washing with simultaneous process of diffusion of polyurethane composition into structure of woven layer for the depth of 16.7-30,0% of woven layer thickness to form diffused layer, drying, application of adhesive layer at the side of membrane, duplication with knitted base at speed of technological process of 2.0-7.0 m/min with ratio of layers of finished combined multi-layer material making 0.49-0.65:0.10-0.19:0.25-0.32.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop material, having high complex of consumer properties.
