FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: damper consists of flexible component in form of steel rope wound along spiral. The first and the second support solid or compound plates are made with cylinder apertures or grooves, axes of which are arranged in cross planes of the support plates. Coils of the flexible rope component pass through the apertures or grooves. Radius of the coil or half-coil of the flexible rope component is made at (8÷20) times bigger, than diametre.
EFFECT: reliability of operation and increased service life of damper.
