SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises connected in series: wideband amplifier, unit of summed signal linear converter, LF filter, operating signal detector and threshold device. There are a parallel tap between wideband amplifier and LF filter and that between operating signal detector and threshold device that comprise frequency-dependent quadrupole, additional threshold device, timer and gate circuit, all connected in series. Note here that said additional threshold device and timer are wired in a certain way.
EFFECT: higher reliability due to ruling out spontaneous cut-in at possible increases in interference at power supply voltage drop.
